Kris Krohn of Strongbrook Presents Low-Cost Options for New Clients

Recently added Professional Service Agreement allows for no-cost cancellation and produces loyalty points toward future purchases, says Kris Krohn of Strongbrook.

OREM, Utah – December 29, 2013 – Those interested in seeking guidance from Strongbrook’s real estate investment team now have a monthly subscription option, says Kris Krohn. Strongbrook recently announced its new product, the Monthly Access Pass Professional Services Agreement (MAP PSA). Kris Krohn, Strongbrook co-founder, points out that for a monthly subscription and minimal activation fee, new clients will gain unlimited access to all of the organization’s live events and educational activities.

Kris Krohn says Strongbrook independent business developers who have enrolled in this new service will maintain unrestricted access to all educational materials, as well as live events presented by the organization. The new program was created for those individuals who were not quite prepared to start the process of real estate transactions, says Kris Krohn. Strongbrook MAP PSA gives subscribers the tremendous benefits of Elite PSA, excluding the rights for real estate purchasing.

Kris Krohn of Strongbrook notes that this program was designed to allow all people an opportunity to understand the work of the organization’s power team. Enrollees receive access to the expertise of experienced and knowledgeable professionals like Kris Krohn, and Strongbrook team members will guide them towards establishing their game plan and securing their finances.

Kris Krohn says Strongbrook has installed this exciting new option for one major reason: There will often be a need for many fledgling real estate investors to attain the correct financial position necessary to starting the transaction process. According to Kris Krohn, Strongbrook wants to give everyone the best chance for success.

Another important feature of the program is the unique ability to accumulate loyalty points, says Kris Krohn. Strongbrook loyalty points accrue for the entire length of the subscription. Kris Krohn of Strongbrook says that subscribers will get a $1 reduction on the company’s Empowerment, Essentials or Elite PSA for each point. Kris Krohn of Strongbrook notes that all activation and subscription fees are eligible for loyalty points.

The MAP PSA is about more than just power team access or on-demand education, according to Kris Krohn. Strongbrook has instituted this program exclusively for clients and independent business developers to thrive and flourish. Independent business developers who have subscribed to the program will receive a waiver on their monthly administrative fee, says Kris Krohn of Strongbrook. Additionally, independent business developers will be granted the opportunity to share these products with others who may be interested in the area of real estate development.

Kris Krohn and Strongbrook believe that the flexibility inherent with MAP PSA will provide independent business developers the opportunity to develop more residual income. According to Kris Krohn, the Strongbrook MAP PSA can be purchased either by paying an activation fee ($299) or a home study kit ($499). The Map PSA is available in a monthly subscription of $99.
