JustFab – Investing in Charitable Organizations

Just Fab
E-commerce site JustFab.com notes charitable giving brings many benefits.
LOS ANGELES – April 27, 2013 – Just Fab, the leading fashion subscription service online, has made a commitment since it launched in 2010 to use its reach and growing team to give back to the communities that have supported them. Through focusing its philanthropic efforts on women and children, Just Fab has partnered with numerous organizations to give both time and money to local and national efforts.
Through various events and sales initiatives, Just Fab has made philanthropic efforts a priority for its employees and business. Just Fab Co-CEOs Don Ressler and Adam Goldenberg pay particular attention to the two communities where Just Fab has offices—Los Angeles and Charlotte, N.C.
In Charlotte, Just Fab actively works with Dress 4 Success, a local organization that helps women gain employment by providing the tools they need to successfully participate in job interviews. As a fashion company, Just Fab is able to help Dress 4 Success achieve its goals by providing professional attire to women in need. In addition to clothing, Just Fab also works with Dress 4 Success to help the organization finance higher education and training for women by donating earnings from Just Fab sample sales in the area.
Just Fab encourages its employees and members to help women in the Dress 4 Success program. Professionals from various industries can help coach women on interviewing skills and resume preparation to maximize their chances of landing a job.
Just Fab helped sponsor an event hosted by Dress 4 Success, Look at Her Power, which is the organization’s top fundraising event. With the help of Just Fab, Dress 4 Success was able to raise $150,000 to help women throughout the Charlotte area re-enter the workplace.
Another recent event hosted by Just Fab was The Cinderella Project, with events hosted in both the Los Angeles and Charlotte offices. The Just Fab hosted events benefited the Cinderella Project division of A Place Called Home, an organization that provides clothing and accessories to adolescents so that they can take part in major events like high school proms and athletic banquets. Attendees were asked donate gently worn dresses and suits to enjoy an evening of great food, mingling with other guests and checking out the latest Just Fab offerings.. By the end of the evening, Just Fab was proud to see the event had resulted in more than 250 dresses and suits donated for the local youth. Just Fab helped complement the clothing by donating designer footwear and accessories to the organization.
To continue its commitment to the community, Just Fab regularly donates proceeds from certain collections to charities. Last October, Just Fab helped out the Susan G. Komen Organge County Affiliate for the Cure by donating proceeds from its custom-designed pink shoe and handbag to the well-known breast cancer foundation.
Just Fab is the web’s top subscription-based fashion sites, offering customers the ability to have top styles of shoes, handbags, denim and other accessories handpicked for them by style experts. Through continued partnerships, Just Fab is able to give back to the community, furthering its commitment to offering a great service to its members.
