Bradley Thomas Giordano Describes St. Louis as Favorite Holiday Destination
St. Louis is a town full of history, harmony, and fun, reports Bradley Thomas Giordano. More than just the Cardinals, St. Louis offers a little something for everyone.
ST. LOUIS, Missouri – Winter vacation time is near and Bradley Thomas Giordano says that St. Louis is the perfect holiday retreat. From luxury accommodations and exclusive libations to southern-style ribs and urban exploration, St. Louis makes travel planning easy.
The Ritz Carleton in Carondelet Plaza is the ideal hotel for discerning travelers. According to Bradley Thomas Giordano, the Ritz is unique among area establishments for its architectural beauty and seasonal sounds of its Lobby Lounge. Featuring 300 rooms and suites, each with private balcony and in-room gourmet coffee and tea, Bradley Thomas Giordano cannot recommend a better place to stay.
Forest Park is one of the prime attractions in The Gateway City to Missouri. And, as Bradley Thomas Giordano explains, it’s one of the largest parks of its kind in the nation. Forest Park is over 500 acres larger than New York’s famed Central Park and boasts more than 20 million international visitors annually. Considered the backdrop of the city, Forest Park is home to the St. Louis Zoo, Muny Opera, and the St. Louis Science Center. The park is the recreational sports epicenter of the area as well, with golf, fishing, and roller blading amongst its outdoor activities. Cold weather welcomes with it the arrival of the park’s Steinberg Ice Skating Rink.
Of special note within Forest Park is the Saint Louis Art Museum. Expanded in 2005, the museum features collections from around the world. Bradley Thomas Giordano notes that visitors may gaze upon everything from traditional Native American art to works from the Roman Empire. The Saint Louis Art Museum’s landscape is adorned with sculptures which highlight the attraction’s diverse range of artistic offerings, adds Bradley Thomas Giordano.
No trip to St. Louis would be complete without experiencing the tastes of the town. Bradley Thomas Giordano says the Libertine and Pappy’s are not to missed. Pappy’s flavors actually hail from Memphis but have a distinctively Midwest feel. The smokehouse slow cooks its meat for 14 hours and dresses it up with one of four exclusive sauces, Pappy’s Original, Jane’s Sweet Sauce, Holly’s Hot Sauce, and, for the adventurous, Hoodoo Sauce.
The Libertine, according to Bradley Thomas Giordano, caters to those seeking farm-fresh fare. From its market vegetable risotto to its seasonal daily offering, the Libertine cooks up top-choice meats with locally sourced veggies for a full circle of culinary delights. Bradley Thomas Giordano states that the restaurant even offers locals a program where they can receive the same farmer-selected ingredients as executive chef Matt Bessler.
After dinner, Bradley Thomas Giordano suggests Café Napoli, an Italian restaurant with an extensive wine list. Patrons may experience a selection of red, white, and sparkling wines by the glass or by the bottle. In addition to fine wines, Café Napoli is famous for its signature premium drinks. Bradley Thomas Giordano recommends enjoying your drink in the outdoor patio when the weather permits.
Bradley Thomas Giordano has traveled from coast to coast, and says that St. Louis is amongst his favorite destinations.
